This policy explains what information Joychiever, LLC (“Joychiever,” “we” or “us”) collects through joychiever.com, how we use it and the choices you have. The short version: we collect only what you choose to send us, we use it to respond to you, and we don’t sell it.
Information you give us
When you use the Start a conversation form, we collect your name, firm or organization, email address, the program you’re interested in and anything you write in the message box. When you email us directly, we receive your email address and whatever you include in your message.
If you book a call, you do that through Calendly, which collects the details you enter there (such as your name, email and the time you choose) and shares them with us so we can hold the call. Calendly’s use of that information is covered by Calendly’s privacy notice.
Please don’t send sensitive personal information (for example, government ID numbers, financial account numbers or health information) through the site.
Information collected automatically
Analytics. We use Plausible Analytics to understand how the site is used in aggregate, such as how many people visit, which pages they view and where they came from. Plausible doesn’t use cookies and doesn’t collect personal information or track you across other websites. You can read more in Plausible’s data policy.
Hosting. The site is hosted by Netlify. Like most web hosts, Netlify automatically processes technical information such as IP addresses, browser type and the pages requested, in order to deliver the site and keep it secure.
Cookies. joychiever.com doesn’t set advertising or tracking cookies. If you open the Calendly booking window, Calendly may set its own cookies to make scheduling work.
How we use information
- To reply to your note and talk with you about the programs or event you have in mind
- To schedule and prepare for calls and programs
- To keep a record of our conversations so we can follow up appropriately
- To understand how the site is used and improve it
- To comply with legal obligations and protect the security of the site
If we ever send you marketing emails, every one will include a way to unsubscribe, and you can also ask us to stop at any time.
How information is shared
We don’t sell or rent your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run the business, and only as needed for them to do that work. These include Netlify (website hosting and form delivery), ActiveCampaign (contact management and email), Calendly (scheduling), Plausible (privacy-friendly analytics) and our email provider. We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect our rights or the safety of others, or as part of a sale or reorganization of the business.
How long we keep it
We keep your information for as long as we need it to respond to you and maintain our business relationship, and as required for legal, accounting or record-keeping purposes. After that, we delete it or keep it only in a form that no longer identifies you.
Your choices
You can ask us to tell you what personal information we have about you, correct it, delete it or stop using it for marketing. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local law. To make a request, email info@joychiever.com. We may need to confirm your identity before acting on a request.
Security
We use reasonable safeguards to protect the information you share with us, and the site is served over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, though, so we can’t guarantee absolute security.
Links to other sites
The site links to other services, such as LinkedIn and Calendly. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies, not this one.
Children
This site is intended for professionals and isn’t directed to anyone under 18. We don’t knowingly collect personal information from children.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we’ll change the “Last updated” date at the top of this page.
